We went on a super fungi field trip, where we listened to Carina and learned ton about Micro and macro fungi the different properties such as the mycelia networks, and the unique features different fungi hold. I like eating mushrooms, and I liked learning about them as well.

ReplyDeleteI enjoyed reading about the things that you learned about from Korena during the field trip. It was amazing to hear all the things she had to say. I really liked the pictures you included about the organisms you observed. I was wondering what things helped you to identify them?
The fungi you picked to identify is striking! Do you have the non latin name? I didn't see that one on the field trip. I really enjoyed listening to Carina talk about the interconnectedness of all of the different organisms, her enthusiasm was infectious!
